HealthTrek by Kidstuff Playsystems is an outdoor fitness program developed in consultation with a leading university fitness research center. HealthTrek incorporates workouts for the major muscle groups in the human body. Each event includes an instructional sign with 3 levels of difficulty—beginning, intermediate and advanced.
