Opened in 2012, Play Tampa Bay is an independently owned local family business- We are NOT a franchise!  Todd Boulanger opened Play Tampa Bay after a 20 year career working with abused and neglected children and their families.   Although we have been designing and building  commercial playgrounds for the last 8 years, Southeast Playgrounds is what one branch of our business has grown into.  We have served schools, churches, Homeowners' Associations, Community Development Districts, the Military, governmental organizations, and much more.  Todd is keenly aware of working within a budget to provide the best products to meet your group's needs.  Todd also knows firsthand the value of community and family time and making memories......Families and CommunitiesThat Play Together......Go To Southeast Playgrounds!!!!
